Student & School Benefits Survey
The Student & School Benefits Survey helps ensure your child receives the benefits they need, and your child’s school receives specific funding to meet the needs of their student population. This form may also qualify your family for additional benefits.
This particular survey is part of your child’s Online First Day Packet because your child attends a CEP school site within Manteca Unified. CEP (Community Eligibility Provision) is a meal service option for local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools in high-need areas. CEP allows participating LEAs and schools to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students.

SunBucks Application
California’s Summer EBT program, known as SUN Bucks. This food program provides families $40 per month for food in June, July, and August ($120 total) when children do not have access to school meals. Most children who qualify for free or reduced-price school meals through a school meal application or Universal Benefits Application, or get CalFresh, CalWORKs, and/or Medi-Cal, are automatically enrolled. Children in foster care, and/or identified as experiencing homelessness, are also categorically eligible and are automatically enrolled. Some children may need to sign up. Participating in SUN Bucks does not affect a family’s immigration status. Visit the California Department of Social Services FAQs page for more information
